On-Going Support
- Set Up: We will set up or take over your existing QuickBooks file (We are QuickBooks Certified).
- Transactions: Download and categorize all transactions
- On-Going Support: Available to help you understand your company's financial well-being and will work directly with your accountant.
- Planning: Reporting and advice to support growth.
- Financial Statements: We will provide monthly financial and quarterly financial statements.
Add On Services
- Controller: Experienced controllers to help you plan and budget.
- Payroll: Running payroll using your chosen service provider (Gusto, ADP, QuickBooks, etc.)
- A/R Management: Sending invoices on your behalf and collecting payments.
- Clean-Up: If your books are more than 3 months behind, we will get them current. This is charged at an hourly rate with a minimum of 2 hours.
